August, 2009 It's Another Great Day on Marco Island
It's amazing how quickly this summer is passing by. Mother Nature is cooperating with not much tropical storm or hurricane activity so far. We had a drier than usual July but the rainy season has picked up again for August. The rainy season adds a whole new dimension to our piece of Paradise. These tall, spectacular thunder clouds will form over the Everglades, make their way West towards the coast, drop some rain on us for about 10 minutes and head out over the Gulf just before sunset. The light show up in the clouds from the lightning is like none other and

When considering purchasing a home, lot or condo in Naples and Marco Island, now more than ever, it is important to not only hire a Realtor who is knowlegable and professional, but to also work with recommended service providers so that your transaction goes as smoothly as possible. January in Naples and Marco Island is in full swing. While the weather in the northern regions has been like a roller coaster, we are enjoying our consistently warm and sunny climate. The visitors are flocking by the carloads and planeloads every day looking for their place in the sun.
The Real Estate market is taking off, also. Contrary to what the media would like to portray, our real estate market in Naples and Marco Island is quite healthy. Again, some would have you believe that "there is so much available, there is no rush to buy anything." I
